That word
That thought
That moment
That feeling
That choice!
But why…
What might the cause of thy discontent be?
You do not look like us…
You mouth it with such vileness, but the winds whisper it with such carelessness
But Listen…
My only wish is for us to love you and me for that reason!
I understand
You Hate I!
But why…
What might the cause be for such discontent?
You are different…
Your eyes glare it with such unbefitting ugliness
But why…
Don’t you see…
My only wish is for us to cleanse with love the ugliness of thy hostility
I hate you!
I hear You spit on the fresh echoes of my fearful footsteps
You are foreign…!
Is that inadequacy I hear quivering on thy love parched pale lips?
But why…?
When…
My only wish isn’t for you to bear such brokenness on thy misguided soul.
Only I ask…
That you must…
Hate!
That word
That thought
That moment
That feeling
That choice!
Can’t you see…
I kneel at thy feet
to beseech thee…
Love!
This word
This thought
This moment
This feeling
This choice!
And let love….
Forge these ambiguities unto our unifying sword
And let our Love’s flames burn out thy discontent and thy disaffection!
Let the foreignness of my presence birthe lightness unto thy darkened heart
My only wish is for you to love my dissimilarity to you, as much as I love yours to mine.
